Question need help on T999


Code:
Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.37, JTAG Manager Version: 1.55
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung T999 V1.0.4716.5824]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x707910E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.81V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at MAX]

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK

does it need to re-heat? & where
need some advice before
customer say that it powered off after a call !!!!

If the customer said the phone powered off after a call ....it is definitely a hardware problem.

But here is FAQ for " ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box "

Press the power button and check your connection to the NRST pin and GND.

i already checked with 100% full battery and keep power button pressed
but i did not see any NRST pin in software pin-out

NRST pin connected 1000000%
also GND i always start with gnd solding

change jtag tck to 1Mhz, worked for me,
