Just go trough sticky topics in RIFF section, there is a lot to learn.
What You need is fiberglass stencil for start. And bit of knowledge about electronics.

You appear to be very lazy, or, maybe You dont understand english well ?
There is like maximum 20 to 25 sticky topics in RIFF section, usually topic name says whats inside.
So, try to read one by one, starting from top. You dont have to go trough all of it, since some are just updates announcements, but for sure You should read those with "Rules", "Manuals" "New users" in topic names.

By not reading it, You just show disrespect, I've personally spent a lot of time writing those, and I really expect all RIFF users to read it before asking anything.
