This phone doesn't have modem dedicated memory. Modem chip work's as slave to main cpu.
Thus - You dont need any modem repair part.

ok but i don't understand why cannot activate phone,only airplane mode,i haved i900 with this problem but was fixed with riff
i flashed the phone with 5 firmware,same

If You never heard before, phones can actually have bad chips which need to be replaced time to time.
Some people even desolder dead RF chips and put new ones.
