pleas help

This problem is caused by pocket loss on Your internet connection.
Either change internet provider, or retry when traffic is less.

You can do simple test of Your connection:

Start - > CMD (Windows command prompt)

Type "ping runner.riffbox.org -n 100" , hit enter

result should be like this:

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 40ms, Maximum = 43ms, Average = 40ms

THat says account expire need 30 credit ??????
