not able to connect samsung s229


i have tried connecting the handset as per s109 pinout but the handset is not getting detected with riff box......and one more pls explian what does point 2 means....in the pinout it is said as TMODE what does TMODE stand for in riff box pinout

right now the phone has been detected but the below error is showing....pls help

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.23, JTAG Manager Version: 1.32
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung S109]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x1F0F0F0F - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 3.00V, TCK Frequency is 1 MHz

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...FAILED
ERROR(0x44): Communication is not established. Terminating.

brother the dead body is successfully detected with riff box but why the communication error is showing......with the same cable i connect other phones then why is it showing error for this one

Hi,
There is some problem with phone power.
Have You tried to use battery + power button ? Maybe charging ways is damaged.

when you connect the handset just connect the tmode point to gnd/ That's all the solution, otherwise your handset flash could be damaged.

Please Check Jtag Connection & T-mode point Short To Gnd
