Not able to write dump with RIFF Box pls help - GSM-Forum

While trying to write dump file with riff box it is starting the writing process but it always shows error....pls help me out

i have a haier c2000 its blinking...i tried to write dump file using dcc section but when I m trying to do so its showing the above error...can you please tell what is the cause behind such error

Which CPU model is in this Haier phone ?
Why don't You use generic DLL, instead of model specific one ?
