please help in 19070 dead via wifi update

hi
befor formating my pc i was easly repair i9070 and i did so match sets ( thanks for riff team )
now i have 2 phones and both r dead bcz of updating via wifi
show like this

i think the problem not from my PC maybe from riff box
or ....
