please help me htc mozart cant up any roms

this phone when starting very slow and not useable, i try to update may roms but only stay on the logo, some times goes in side then blank screen.
i tried to

- Select HTC Mozart
- Check pinout - it's same for Trophy (10 pin HTC Standard)
- Switch to Useful Plugins TAB
- Select "Qualcomm Fullflash Image Processing"
- Click "Activate Plugin"
- Click "Read Partitions from Device"

also w/o tick don't adjust HTC partition....

For Many Case ,This is HW Problem
--
Only have 1 way for check....
Put Phone in freezer for 30 min
Then flash with latest RUU
if phone accept ruu and start normally,it's HW Problem...Because problem back after few min,when heating phone

thanks for your information, but now on the start-up it's show on the screen like this:

MODEM: N/A

then run to the menu very slow and could not use. does someone know what the problem could issue like this pz!
