please help update firmware failed

my riff getting in mode Bootcore Version: 1.01 now
after update firmware,firstly my box working fine when used beta version,
and when use v 1.58 the software asked to update firmware but result failed like this;

check first if you box is on lower port COM "in devices administration"

2- make click on "firmware update" in 1.58 and 1.56 versions

"in some cases when you get the message: getting updates... and nothing happens, stop the action by clicking on STOP. The click on check for Updates again. I had this situation 2 or 3 times. Always stopped and started again and it will work properly.
