Possible to erase HTC Phones ?

Hi team

It is possible to erase whole flash chip of HTC Desire ? HTC Sensation ?

I ve got few unit, stuck @ welcome screen or htc logo or somewhere else ?

HTC sensation i can flash almost any rom, but nothing happens its security flag offed bootloader unlocked via htcdev but still phone remain same.

is there any solution trough JTAG ?

you can erase full chip using riff box choose Dcc read/write tab

select (setting by code )
from setting code select erase full NAND/NOR Memory
apply code
Press Erase button 3rd Number From top

erase chip do repair boot , repair imei cid etc
and try once again to update it with any rom

but most of time its working , take backup (if you still not sure )

there is no other way as you post before flashing with different roms
are wait for babak maybe he have another way to repair it

Bro You can do that with riffbox

Try to use Erase Option in riffbox.

But own your risk.

I think it should be work.Before i have to do Htc hd2 two phones.

I make it erase then ressurect after flash Shipped rom.

Bcoz Otherwise you cannot do anywhere any tool.

No,You can't erase any of HTC Model....
For some case,possible damaged fsbl loader and we can't repair fused cpu(some case possible repair fused via usb)
Also for some case you can't repair 4k nand htc partition

erase button is good idea for many model of samsung,But for htc,usually is useless

for some phone with "hang on logo,7times vibra,reboot after logo,can't flash via ruu or *.zip rom,or few other ) You need replace eMMC chip
i do it for many times and more than 95% back to live after replace eMMC
But you need first sure about SW
