I spoke with Naman (Elcotek) and he said that he refunds all customer who have fake box.

cant update to the box firmware version 1.36 but connection to check update is working well

i have tried by disable the antivirus
turn off the firewall
no serial number is posted in forum

wht the problem may be plz advice me

with any handset from one week. Even by jtag cable also.
