Problem with riff box - GSM-Forum

I need help, I bought a riff box used
I have only the user and password to enter the box, but it tells me than I need to buy credits, how do I do this because I have a serial than I do not know if it is really true
If it is not the real serial I lose my money activation? if someone can help me I would appreciate it

you can read serial in box info too

it is the serial,I found it whit a jtag manager cracked,because the new jtag manager version 1.61 can not show the serial.
Riff box serial number: FF.77A9:AA8D-2209:605D
