Question problem update firmware 1.61

problem upadate riff 1.61 bet activation did install from scratch all ok after login asked upade enters the lower the firmware server resets the riff door and then hangs and does nothing ???????? suport riff can help me solve

problem solved was problem in the drive with windows 10 put windows 7 and got correcting

I have the following problem while opening the RIFF JTAG manager
now im using the latest version of the firmware

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Getting RIFF Box Info...OK
RIFF Box Bootcore Version: 1.01 (RIFFBOX1)

Connecting to the Updates Server...OK
Downloading new Firmware from Server...OK

Setting Update Mode...OK
Updating Box's Firmware...OK
Restarting box, please wait...


But takes long time and happens nothing ...
