Product: RF IC Chip

it is said that if IMEI is null / null or blank then the internal RF IC Chip is broken. Is this correct?

and to fix this problem the only way is to change the RF IC Chip.
problem is, where to find this chip.

I have found some website, and i would like to know, if this is the RF IC Chip we would need to replace the broken one.

The Link to product is here:
Samsung i9100 RF icPMB5712 :: Samsung :: Charge IC :: Onboard Connectors and IC's :: Mobile Phone Spare Parts :: Gultek Limited
or here
Samsung i9100 RF ic

Also i would like to know if the memory chip is the so called eMMC Chip?!

thank you and best regards,
huzein

Hi mate, have you tried to recovery the efs with JTAG? You can find the files and steps in this forum. I have fixed many double null issue with it.
If it works, say thank you to Master Legija. Cheers.

@BABAK_NURI
as you know, there are plenty of tools, such as NSPro, Z3x etc, with which you can restore EFS and so on.

Is there a difference between the methods used in the RIFF Box?

If software solution, like from NSPro or Z3x, is not successfull, is there a chance to have success with RIFF Box?

or in other words: Where are the differences in the solution from RIFF in comparisn to the software solution?

BR
