Resurrection ERROR I9000 What is missing?

What should be done?

This problem maybe related to connection and phone power supply.
Try using lower TCK, solder directly to wires properly and use external power supply (4.2V )

What should be done?

I am getting this same error on samsung T-959 vibrant, did not see error(0x59) on FAQ. however my ribbon + wires are 10 cm ... I rechecked continuity on them OK, I have power from riff box to phone (tried also battery and power button) have USB connected from computer to Phone (no USB hub) I tried switching ports..nothing, I redid jpad connections on phone 3 times... using lowest TCK 5Khz.
did I miss any settings? I am reading a lot trying to troubleshoot..but cant find a solution.
