resurrection complaint but phone is not power on and not connect with setool

Can you tell me about phone history?

Are you sure about full charged Battery,Did you check Usb Port??
Can you contact me via sonork with connected phone to Riff-Box?

phone is dead no redlight but it repair boot ok still dead
