me also face same problem some days ago.........just install again in a fresh pc and give driver manualy ........100000000% done

Me same problem in WIN 7, yesterday work in same USB but today not...wow..now...plug in other USB and works...reset computer and now works in first USB... This is windows or computer problem with management of drivers. Light blinking of box mean no driver found but this exist...so..if you want to install, windows 7 will tell you this driver exist..but..it's strange...this happens with other boxs or devices. Don't worry..try to change USB or do the reset.
