Hi Riff team, Can i ask your favor to help my first time install my newly bought RIFF BOX,

How to solve this problem?

I already download the "RiffBox Setup 23.02.2013 v1" from tracker, and initialized completely by riff box...But still repair packs not found... I could not select any phone model for doing job...
