RIFF Box not connecting to any phone bought from Fonefunshop.co.uk

I bought a riff box from fonefunshop.co.uk. I upgraded the box with the latest firmware and also soldered the wires properly I have pictures but riff box doesn't detect the phone. I contacted them and they said they'll test it before they will replace or refund me. I can't say about what they are till their final response but their policy is really not fair. How come they dont know if box was defective or not if they are shipping it to a different country where shipping costs too much.

Please product support team is there something you can do, like a test on the box.

Here is the video of the second phone I tried
