I am also facing this problem, this error appeared while creating account on riff turbo support. For create new account asking riff box serial no. I put my box sn no very carefully and press creat tab then show user with provided data not found.
One more thing need to clear for me, sir I have original riff box I had one year activation on 17.11.2016 to 16.11.2017.till today it's not renewal because my box sn no. Show invalid now.

Post Your box SN-s and explain Your problems there.

I got fully support from Legija Sir. Now i can login my account without any error.
