RIFF box problem. - GSM-Forum

Open tool RIFF manage ok, update ok but can't connect. While connected with ORT or SMTi ok.

So why was my box? Help.

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.15, JTAG Manager Version: 1.19
Selected Resurrector: [HTC Imagio]

Connecting to the dead body...ERROR
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.59V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Model selected: HTC - HTC Imagio

ERROR: The RTCK Signal does not respond.

P/s: pinout ok 100000%

Hi,

First check ribbon cable and make modification like this :

If this not helps, You need to send box to factory for repair.
