Riff box show as unknow Device in pc - GSM-Forum

hi,
from yesterday when i connect my riff box to pc always in device manager show unknow device
i checked with other pc and other usb cables but the same
box has no warranty and riff box has no any reseller in IRAN
pls give me a solution rocker Team
