new user stuck on firmware update port

hi dear legija i have a problem regarding the box , after try to update the firmwareof my box i am stuck on firmware update port , i cannot oipen the main jtag program cause box its not recognized at all, and in hardware managment i only have firmware update port on com 8 please help me to get back my box working

Thanks bro but the problem is not the driver the box was working before update firmware process Also the box is on update mode

Please check your device manager, and check if drivers for the Riff Box Firmware Update Port is correctly installed and then Update your box firmware again.

There are 2 Ports:

1. Riff Box Firmware Update Port = when your box is in update mode
2. Riff Box Control Port = when your box is in operating mode

both uses same driver.

Hi , the box was switched from control port to update port durin firmware update operation , in control panel de driver it's working but riff box it's switched to update mode , so the problem is if I want to update again , riff manager look for riff box on control port , but box is on update state and in hardware management it's recognized as update port and I can't switch the box in control port mode

I don't know if are any software to switch the device from update mode to control mode or if are any software to direct update the box without need to have th box on control mode to init the box maintenance

look bro when in launch jtag manager program search for the box in control port ( normal state ) , so my box its on update mode and jtag manager not open cause not reognize my box cause search for the box in control port ( normal state )

so i cannnot update firmware bacause i simply cant open the riff manager to do update operation

its there any way to switch the device to normal mode ?

remove driver from device manger then reinstall

problem solved , i reinstall in other pc the riff box manager old version and can update firmware of box, then switch to operational mode and kick out of update mode
