I have OS Win8 and Driver dosn't Work with it .. Can any one tell me why Driver dosn't work with Win8

here is working fine in 32 bits

My OS not 32bit . it's 64bit There's Way to work on 64bit

You need to disable driver signature enforcement.
Google is full of manuals how to do it.
