riff can not go to update server - GSM-Forum

my riff when i click check for updates only show Connecting To Updates Server.../

i can't download to server

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Getting RIFF Box Info...OK
RIFF Box S/N: FF.9A5D:CDC0-xxxx:xxxx
RIFF Box Firmware Version: 1.32

pleased help me sir

Hi

Disable Firewall
Restart Jtag-Manager or Reboot PC

Press "Check For Update" and Wait For 2 min...
