the phone is alive... only blank imei

I try to write efs with odin, and reset with SPT and z3x... But nothing

Wich is chip demaged ???

Hi
It's hard to say...usually RF Chip...
But if you have a "Error Code = 0x3E " Error When Resurrect or Write,It's mean fault eMMC Chip
---
I haved a n7000 with water damaged,phone is live but no imei,Also i have dead i9100 with "0x3E" error,i did replace eMMC from n7000 for i9100
So,I9100 Back to life....But "NO IMEI"........
Anyway,After replace again eMMC,,,imei back and i9100 fully worked

You can flash both file via riff by this address:

I have flashed this EFS.bin file with RIFF. And stil no IMEI, but if I look in the EFS folder, there are all the files nv_data.bin .... md5....

What HW can be? I have the files but no IMEI, even a Generic one would be good.

U100 can be the one with the problem or something else?

use plugin to write efs or use dcc read/write ? if use plugin i already do but same result.i havent test dcc read/write because worry phone will dead after write flash (i manual save from make partition on file) is that same method with plugin if i use dcc read/write ?
