if still empty do you know what can be wrong?i have 2 with same problem.hw look ok little liquid in micro usb after clean usb work but imei empty.

br. , try in this order ,
first flash with riff the efs in this thread,
then flash this firmware:
Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: I9100XWKK5_I9100OXXKJ3.rar
inside are also APBOOT and EFS , first flash with repartion ticked , phone bootloader update and phone efs clear, the code , csc and modem ,
after that flash again EFS in pda , with autoreboot ticked and F.reset time,
then , flash kernel for rooting and repair efs and imei with z3x ,
atlast reflash again pda. csc and modem but with autoreboot ticked and F.reset time only... it worked for me , SGS2 is alive and kicking now

p.s. pass for firmware archive is : ****************

after write efs file with riff box imei should be 00449........
if not repeat procedure or reflash firmware then flash efs with riff,
to clear the password , need to flash the firmware i posted
and reflash EFS file inside the archive , with odin not riff again
