riffbox disconect alone - GSM-Forum

i m new user of riffbox.i install all i update.but after that my box disconect alone and i have to wait 10 or more minute for use it .but too without working with this box its disconnect and i have to do the same ,plz help me i can't give back the box because the reseller dont answer for my emails.thank's to all .and so sorry about my bad english :-)

thank you brother for you answer,but i do everything but the box still disconecting.any help with repair this box i can do everything for that.just i need a solution or witch component in this box are bad i can replace it
