riffbox1 can't get updates

My account is active, but it's impossible to get any updates. The log: Connecting to the Updates Server...OK Getting Updates Information from the Server...ERROR ERROR: Couldn't get the new Updates Information. I can connect to the server, but can't get any updates. Any advice how to solve this problem? Maybe it's just impossible for riffbox1 users?
