check again wires and use lower speed (4 mhz).

i triple check the wire connections and try all speed from the very slow to max

same error stop at 22%

So You have there communication problem. If I remember well, some users had such problems with Kaspersky AV.
In any case - my advice is to recheck phone power, soldering and cables, and of course disable all running programs.

this is true it is communication problem
you are losing connection for a while
check wires connections
