s5603 ressurected ok but still dead! - GSM-Forum

everthing went fine i chose s5600 to revive it... ressurecting was ok but there is still no response from phone, no download mode, still dead..

any advice please?

Hi,

What was status of that phone before it went dead?
Was the PCB layout and its main components, exactly the same as those in riffbox pinout PCB photo?

s5603 pcb is same.... jtag pinouts exactly the same...

phone is dead... according to customer just died without reason ( RIP )

Hi,

If phone died in customer hands, it is most probably HW issue.
Check carefully PCB for cracks on compound around CPU and Flash IC.
