2-damaged or bad Nand chip

so try this:
Set TCK Speed at 4MHZ or 1MHZ (not RTCK )
1-resloder all jtag wires carefully
2-connect USB To Phone and PC
3-Connect Power Supply to phone
4-Press Resurrect
