i tried every thing
- with and without lcd
- full battary
- low tck from 1 to 10 mhz
- wires less then 15cm
- good soldering test with voltameter

* p.s. it's not hardware cause other set with same condetion solved with other tool

hi iam sure NRST signal line is soldering good

and i tested with RTCK/TCK sampling rate from 1mhz to 10mhz
