Here is how You can fix i8510 PDA part using RIFF Box and CMM script.

- Set model to Samsung i550 PDA
- Connect i8510 PDA pins to RIFF JTAG Box
- Start the JTAG Manager
- Switch to DCC Read/Write TAB
- Select ROM1
- Set the address to "0x00000000"
- Set the Data Length to "0x00008000"
- Click "Read mem", when finished move to JTAG TAB
- Click "Connect&Get ID"
- Click HALT
- Click Execute CMM Script, and select "primera.cmm"
- Press "Run Script" button
- Your phone PDA will be updated with boot files

Now, disconnect cables and enter PDA download mode using 1+4+power buttons, reflash the PDA with original flasher.

Hi,
No, we can not provide any official firmwares for any mobile phone brand.
You need to get files via some other channels.

Samsung I8510 repair problem, please help me...

I have some question.
In manual for repair I8510 is next clause:
Solder the PS_HOLD signal to the MSM's VCC (2.6V);

- can somebody say me what is "MSM's VCC (2.6V)"?
Where i can get this signal, or i can use external stable source?
- VCC pin from RIFF box i may connect to pin 8 on phoneboard and also to pshold?

maybe this is stupid question, but i am already confused.
thx for response
