Hi

Usually you need check hw (eMMC Chip)

But,if you want sure about HW,,,Try This:

1-Flash phone With any 3 firmware
2-Flash same verion CF-Root (CWM Recovery)
4-Put Any Compatible "Custom Rom" Like Cyanogen or MIUI
5-Goto Recovery and install zip Rom

After install ,phone can trun on and startup as normall
Goto "Setting" and check internall storage,,,,,

i 2 try search but can't find I897UCKE3 CF-Root (CWM Recovery) can u provide me link

also provide me Cyanogen or MIUI link which u like safe and working
