it's called "Debug Screen"
-
if you want repair by easy way,,,Write any kernel via odin(stock or cwm)
or,reflash phone by latest firmware

u have to use another box for repairing imei like spt or z3x if supported...

Just extract dump file in plugin
select efs partition,Then press "write"

Also i have another way,,without disassemble or without need any box
1-Flash phone with "Cf-Root"
2-search google for I897-Modem.zip"
3-install xxxxmodem.zip from recovery menu
Enjoy,,,imei back
