samsung i897 strange problem - GSM-Forum

i am facing a strange problem with samsung capative i897
the phone works fine until keypad locks
when the keypad locks the phone either turns off totally
or something shows a android logo saying
kernel modem booting.....

what could be done to resolve the problem ??
plzz help me RIFF team

Did you Try flash phone by some version...? like I897UCKE3 I897UCKF1 I897UCKH3_I897ATTKH3_I897UCKH3_I897UCKH3

actually i had z3x first i tried all the versions on the z3x support server
and they were :
I897UCJF1
I897UCJF6
I897UCKH3_I897ATTKH3_I897UCKH3
I897UCKJ2
and after no success i bought RIFF and i am newbie to this box plzz help me to get this phone done with this pc i have not flashed the phone with RIFF
coz i do not know the procedure plz help me with one...

Riff Box Not is Flasher...It's Jtager....
but you can flash phone with full dump file
