samsung i9000 can't resurect

Connecting to the dead body...
ERROR: Set I/O Voltage to 2.80V failed. Real reading is 3.06V
i don't undestand a problem...help

Disconnect 20 pin ribbon cable from box, and click "Resurrection" button, then post log here.

Ok, this is good, it means that box is not damaged.

This error indicates that You have connected something wrong, or that phone is shorted somewhere in I/O circuitry.
