JTAG Pins are already marked and highlighted. I dont see where is problem.

You first need to remove white compound from JTAG pads on PCB.
Then just COUNT from 1 to 8.

Code:

I test yesterday on my absolutley work device - and same problem. I do fullflash backup, but after few seconds of data reading soft give error - RIFF box not answer... and phone power on... Need reconnect the box. I try on 2 computers many times. I don't try ressurection because phone work...

have you try enother frequenztoo? have some problem by flashing hd2 , but ufter change frequenz all was ok try enother frequenz and reply

Can You try to read 0x00040000 size from phone ?
It looks like some problem related to NAND flash chip power supply.
