Update:

This is obsolete now, with latest DLL-s for listed models.

All errors are handled automatically in DCC loader with latest DLL-s.

In case that You receive this errors in resurrection log, You have to replace eMMC chip, or pay someone who can do it for You.

All the I9100 and N7000 I have received with this problem, fail immediately at the resurrection start (1%-5%), they never achieved the 100% as you mention in the thread...

Would this solution enable to flash a ROM from ODIN? I ask this because there are situations where the resurrection works but ODIN flash hangs in some part of the process because encounters bad blocks (?) during flash...

Regards

Marco

hi riff team do you have any solution for i9003 with this problem ????
i want boot.bin from i9003

mpfa 07-23-2012 12:24

From what I know, if you get this error when repairing I9003, it means that the EMMC CHIP is damaged and the only solution is substitution of the CHIP...

The problems with the Note and I9100 are related with the EMMC BUG that makes the EMMC CHIP corrupt, but hardware is still good...

Do anyone has already repaired a Galaxy Note or Galaxy S2 with this solution?

This is the same error that Mr. Legija exemplifies in first post... the only diference is the memory address that the JTAG software reports, but is the same problem...

[SIZE=3]Hi,
Due to bug in eMMC controller firmware, many Exynos based Samsung phones fail on usual resurrection. Error which which causes this is that eMMC controller fails to exit programming state after writing one block. To continue programming, complete HW reset is required, thus rendering standard repair method useless.
