Samsung i997 baseband and imei repair help

Hello.

I'm new with jtag and today tried my first attempt to repair baseband and imei with the riffbox. Before attempting with riffbox, I used octopus, z3x and asansam to repair with no success.

Here is the log with the screen details and configuration of riffbox to repair baseband and imei:

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.37, JTAG Manager Version: 1.52
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung I997 V1.00]

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x1BA00477 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.80V, TCK Frequency is 4 MHz
Settings Code: 0x22010900000000080000000000A80000

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...OK
Starting communication with resurrector...OK

Detected an Initialized FLASH1 Chip, ID: 0x00EC/0x0050 (512MB)

ERROR: Main data file size is less than requested to flash to main.

Address: 0X0000 0008 0000
Data length: 0x0000 00A8 0000

Access ROM1 Address Space

JTAG TCK Speed: 4Mhz

Riffbox throw an error about the file size and I read something about the data length, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I couldn't find the address and data length, so I tried with the settings that I found on this forums.

I want to know how to flash the efs file and the settings I should select, specially the address and data length.

Thanks.
