Samsung P3100 Resurrection done but not alive? - GSM-Forum

Hi, I am new about Samsung P3100 boot repair as usually I solder the wires and Resurrection done. But phone is not alive I searched in the forum some topics is there with xloader+ I dont know what is xloader and omap flasher.
