there is a sensation PG58130 phone restart on HTC logo hboot and fast boot ok after repair phone dead and just detect as qualcomm hd-usb qdloader 9008

Data looks okay.

Better carefully check phone hardware, maybe You shorted something when soldering/desoldering wires.

One user reported this today:

first time after Resurrection complete disconnect wires assemble phone and see phone detect qhusb and check board jtag again and again but no luck.
