i cant register my serial .says serial is not vailid for registration.

Unlockforum -> RIFF Support -> Support Tickets -> Account Recovery.
Post Your box SN and explain the problem.

here is box serial and problem with support .

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Getting RIFF Box Info...OK
RIFF Box S/N: xxxx
RIFF Box Firmware Version: 1.50 (RIFFBOX1)

This serial number is not valid for registration!

Please contact your reseller

and i dont know my reseller.

Please don't post Box SN in public, read instructions carefully.

SN is not invalid, You just entered it wrong. Repeat registration process and copy/paste SN properly to it's field.

ok i try agian.and one more thing confusing with pinout.in box different pinout and phone picture differeint pinout.please a littile bit help with pinout .box pinout is .vcc.trst .tdi.tms.tck.rtck.tdo.nrst.gnd. and fhone pinout is .dat0.clk.vcc.vccq.cmd.

wich point connect to wich point.

You didn't entered SN properly, probably copied space to SN field ( _ff.xxxx:xxxx.xxxx).

As for pinout, don't confuse JTAG pinout with ISP pinout.
If You wan't to use ISP over JTAG port in v1 box, You should have some basic knowledge of electronics to prepare connection and understand what is what.
It may look confusing, but You can always use RJ45 port if You find it hard to understand JTAG port connection.
