Don't convert to I9100.., it have different hardware.

All phone have a own firmware ...Also own HW ....
in Theory maybe you can convert...but maybe you have some problem...like imei

anyway....i think maybe work this method....
1-Root Phone
2-install RootExplorer.APK
3-Open it and set as "Mount R/W"
4-Find efs folder from any working i9100
5-find "efs" folder on M250s
6-delete it and copy i9100 "efs" folder
7-remove battrey
8-wait 15 sec
9-power on and check imei
if you see 0049 Imei....phone have a signal and no need repair imei
but if still "null" and baseband is "unknown" You need back to m250s firmware

sir, i have recive dead m250s korea s2,i resrucct with riff success using i9100 dll,after that phone come in on mode imei is from 0049XXXXXX but serial no is UNKNOWN now what to do sir pls guide here i have paste the log of Z3X readed information here u can see product code is showing is XXXXXXXXXX in z3x,right now phone is accepting sim but could not registered to cellular network,pls guide how to solve problem,waiting for ur favourable reply
