Sky IM-A830L ressurect problem-Support please help - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

Phone came to me with hang on Sky logo than black screen, I try to update online but result in dead phone. Now I wish to dead boot repair but no success although I have been solder and De-solder wires 3 times to verify its accuracy

I take following steps

Analyze Jtag chain info

Code:

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.35, JTAG Manager Version: 1.49
Selected Resurrector: [Pantech A830L V1.0.4702.8081]

Connecting to the target...OK
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.80V, TCK Frequency is RTCK

Following devices are found on the JTAG chain:
  Device on TAP #0: ID = 0x4F1F0F0F, IR Length = 0x04 bits
  Device on TAP #1: ID = 0x406B10E1, IR Length = 0x0B bits
Total IR length: 0x000F bits

Analizing IDCODE(s) of the JTAG scan chain:
1. 0x406B10E1: Qualcomm MSM8960, H/W Rev. #4

Resurrect at RTCK 8MHZ details

Code:

None is detected.

I think this model is not supported and just added in list to increase models and support is not good enough to reply and help a person in difficult situation, I think they aim only to sell his product, please don't mind as this is my experience so calm down and also focus on your customers as well

I already mentioned that i have solder wires and de solder them 3 times

TCK 1 MHZ, I have post logs on this frequency but no luck

supptor is sleep i have dead sky a830l too.i repair with riff box but phone not power on.update online but result in dead phone.any idea?
