Ok, I have spent some time to investigate and found out, that gps calibration data are stored in mmcblk0p3. So I downloaded the file from working phone and uploaded it to corrupted phone and gps is working.

1. Root your phone
2. Copy mmcblk0p3.img to you sdcard
2. Run adb
3. Type adb shell
4. Type su
5. Type dd if=/mnt/sdcard/mmcblk0p3.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p3
6. Type reboot

You can download file here
