So, first I tried to recognize single blocks in /dev/block. When I type cat /proc/emmc I get
$ su
su
# cat /proc/emmc
cat /proc/emmc
dev: size erasesize name
mmcblk0p31: 000ffa00 00000200 "misc"
mmcblk0p21: 00fffc00 00000200 "recovery"
mmcblk0p20: 01000000 00000200 "boot"
mmcblk0p22: 31fffc00 00000200 "system"
mmcblk0p24: 077fde00 00000200 "cache"
mmcblk0p23: 4aabc400 00000200 "userdata"
mmcblk0p27: 01400000 00000200 "devlog"
mmcblk0p29: 00040000 00000200 "pdata"
mmcblk0p17: 02800000 00000200 "radio"
mmcblk0p19: 01000000 00000200 "adsp"
mmcblk0p18: 007ffa00 00000200 "radio_config"
mmcblk0p25: 00400000 00000200 "modem_st1"
mmcblk0p26: 00400000 00000200 "modem_st2"
#
It is only part of mmcblk0p files.
First I tried to write radio_config and radio (mmcblk0p18, mmcblk0p17) from working phone - without succes (no satellite) then I tried to write "unknown" mmcblkp01,05,06 - without succes. mmcblk0p6 is the same as P73_wlan (it is still in phone to repair camera). Finally I tried to write mmcblk0p3,4,7,8 and gps started working ok. Then I wrote back backup from corrupted phone mmcblk0p7,8,2 and gps was still ok. So I came to a conclusion that the gps callibration was included in mmcblk0p3. Maybe I have diffenrent version of motherboard, maybe it is combination e.g. Radio_config and mmcblk0p3. Who knows. You can download backup of my working phone here

And after doing this method if ur front camera and only left camera comes in working condition then flash RUU_Shooter_U_HTC_Europe_1.20.401.8_Radio_10.59.90 20.00_10.15.9020.06_M_release_219793_signed.exe, after flashing this rom you are able to use all camera in ur mobile.
