Htc Desire Repair Problem

My desire stuck on HTC logo and have 4 errow sighn at screen i repair boot successfully but fone not goes in boot mode after repair same stuck on htc logo when try to flash rom stuck at 40% updating radio what should i do for solve this problem.

its under dcc panel
many desire have this problem
i just repaired by change with hd2 dead flash
maalesef bu ay 6.cı desire nand sorunlu flash denk geldi sanırım ısınma sonucu nand lar içten zarar görüyor sıvı temaslı hd2 den taktığım flashla düzeltebildim

Can i flash with HD2 rom? or any link for files which u use for solve your problem?
