[SOLVED] TG01-can't repair! - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to fix an tg01 and always I get this error:

Code:

pen serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.16, JTAG Manager Version: 1.22
Selected Resurrector: [Toshiba TG01]
Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x202400E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.61V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at MAX]
Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...FAILED
ERROR: Wrong response code from the RIFF Box: 0x45

I tried with different speed,with and without battery and other was but the same error.
What's the problem?

Hi,
Please select HTC HD2, and try to read full dump, then post the result here.

When I select hd2 instead of tg01 all functions is working fine.
Here is fullflash read from tg01 conected like hd2.

Other operations for tg01 works but resurrct method and fullflash read/write don't work;

Ok, let me take look into damaged full flash, will give You instructions today how to fix it.

Ok, as i can see this phone is erased by ORT.

Download full backup from this link :
http://rapidshare.com/files/42229365...ull_backup.rar

Connect phone to RIFF, go to DCC TAB, select HTC HD2.
Open full backup, and set following options :

- Start address : 0x00000000
- Data Length: 0x00800000
- Check "Image file is used"
- Check "Use address as offset"
- Select ROM1
Other options must be NOT Checked, click "Write". This will restore erased area in modem part.
After this perform ROM upgrade using TG01 downloader.
